TAC community outreach is designed to restore and build communities spiritually, physically and mentally by connecting families to resources that addresses community crisis.

Food Drives

Food drives are offered every 4th Saturday of the month. (stay tuned for upcoming announcements)

Rental and Utilities Assistance - Based Grant Funding

This program is a grant-based program to target reduction in homelessness, supporting struggling families with rent and utilities.
We are projected to aid support approximately 60 families with rental assistance in 2021 to help affect against homelessness. We currently service approximately 10-20 families a day to find resources for rental assistance.

Adult Education - GED- Classes Starting Soon

We are a Houston based non-profit organization that provides educational services and assist families with resources to target community crisis in the Southwest Houston. We offer a range of services for Youth at Risk, Vulnerable people and Special needs children. We consult and partner up with other 3rd party educational companies such as HCCS, First Advantage Learning and National Literacy directory to meet the demands of our community.

Mental and Drug Counseling- Program Coming Soon

Our program designed a triage service to meet individually with every person who walks through the door’. We access current needs through an ‘Impact Assessment’ with trained counsellor to determine suitability, underlying circumstances and if we are able to support long term through our program.
